Rule 45
Baby Care Room
(1) In workplaces where fifty or more female workers are employed, the employer shall arrange a child care center or room with a suitable environment by himself or jointly with other employers for the care of the children of female workers under three years of age.
(2) In the child care center or room as per sub-rule (1), the employer shall arrange for the necessary child care worker.
